This subscription to Mack Trucks online service information tool "Impact" will give you access to the most current repair information for engines, electrical systems, and the exhaust after-treatment systems.

Emission requests are processed Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST and access is generally granted within 24 hours of request.

This will provide system design, operation, component locations, and repair procedures following (SIR) standards set by the EPA & CARB. Truck models included with this subscription are: CHU, CXU, GU, LEU, MRU, & TD. Should you require additional vehicle service information please contact your local Mack Trucks Dealer.
