Keyword Search Input Options

The Keyword search has been improved, and all PDF files are now searchable as well. Here are some other tips for searching:

Typing the word or phrase will search all combinations of the word(s) used. A search of this type will generate a significant amount of results.
Use of AND will return results containing both words.
Use of OR will return results containing word/words used.
“Word1 Word2” – enclosing a word or phrase in double quotes (“”) will return results containing that exact word or phrase. This includes searches in quotes that utilize hyphens (-), spaces ( ), underscores (_) and periods (.). Searching with this method will return results containing an exact match to what is between the double quotes.

Leasing, sublicensing, lending, selling, assigning and/or giving access to this software is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent or prohibited activity will result in immediate removal / disabling of access for the Diagnostic Tool; closing and locking of the eMedia account; and NO refunds will be given for the purchase of license(s).

Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax will be added to your order and will be charged to your credit card statement.

Shipping Policy
Shipping on orders totaling $0-$20 ships for a low cost of $6. On orders starting from $20+ we charge a low flat rate of $10. Our products are shipped via FedEx. In order to ensure accurate delivery, FedEx requires a complete street address; PO Box addresses will delay order processing and transit time as this has to be shipped via standard US Postal Service.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your payment approval for delivery. Credit card transactions require 2 business days for processing. Rush / overnight shipments are available only on certain items.

Shipping Status:
To view your order status, login to your account and select "My Account". Here you can view the status of all orders. *Please note: Premium Tech Tool (PTT) orders can take up to 10 business days to process, the status is updated once shipped.

International Orders
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added to your order. If this is an international order, please be aware that all charges are expressed in U.S. currency and will be charged at the current rate of exchange. International customers are responsible for customs duty, import taxes or fees, or additional shipping charges as necessary.
